This Diversity Policy governs the commitment of Ayo Ola Fundraising Consultant (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) to promoting and maintaining a diverse, inclusive, and respectful environment for all employees, customers, and stakeholders. 13.1 This diversity policy, together with our terms and conditions and other relevant policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us in relation to diversity and inclusion in our workplace.

14. Law and Jurisdiction

14.1 This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

14.2 Any disputes relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
